The Law Of Attraction is not a genie in a bottle with 3 wishes. It is an active, laser like focus on your part to manifest what you envision for your life. The question begs to be asked and answered…HOW? The following are eight key steps you can take to manifest your dreams in your life.

1. Get clear about what you want. Not simply “more money”. A penny would be more money than you had a moment ago. Be specific about every aspect of your dream. See it in your mind, feel the emotions of it, experience it!

2. Mediate with deep breath. Calm your mind, energize your body with oxygen, and quiet the wild monkeys in your head. Clearing the clutter of your mind is key to seeing clearly what and where you want to be.

3. Once you have clarity, write down what you want and what needs to happen in order to make it happen. You won’t receive what you want to manifest sitting on your couch eating bon bon’s all day. Take decisive action knowing that you will be guided in such a way that it will manifest!

4. Every evening before you go to sleep close your eyes and experience it already happening. The more your mind and body are prepared for it, the easier it is to receive it.

5. Send out good vibes. Be a beacon of happiness and joy no matter what is going on around you. What you give you will receive. Give love and joy and you will receive it. Give anger and pain and you will receive that as well. It is your choice, choose wisely.

6. Express gratitude. Write thank you notes, tip well for good service, keep a journal of all that you are thankful for and be thankful for all that you have yet to receive.

7. Get up and move! Whatever feels good for you. A slow walk or a race on your bike against the wind. Put on your favorite song and dance in your living room. Just get up and move!

8. Let go of the past and be prepared and focused on the future!
