About Me

Hi and Welcome to Her Wholesome Life. My name is Malinda and i am a mumma of 2 ‘mini-me’s’. I am a wife. I am a daughter, sister and friend. I am a T1 diabetic and call NSW Central Coast home. People often talk about their ‘WHY’ and when i think of mine, i struggle with it because i didn’t hit rock bottom, i haven’t ever had a struggle with weight or bad skin. Lots of people will have this ‘Aha’ moment that makes them realise that something has to change. Usually this is their wake up call. For me, i have always wanted to do this type of work. I love it. I am passionate about it. The moment it really hit me was when I was told I was a type 1 diabetic and I saw my first dietician. That was the moment i thought “i want to do that”. (or similar) What i love about Health Coaching though is that the focus is not only on food. We talk about primary food – everything within your life that is not on your plate – Your relationships, your career, your financial relationship, spirituality, fitness and exercise and nutrition. For me, Wellness is everything. Mind, body and soul. One area in your life affects the other and it can have adomino effect. We need to find balance. And live a wholesome life as the best version of ourselves.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition*, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalised actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

My mission is to not change your life, but to HELP you change your own. To start from where you are to where you want to be. Life success looks different for everyone. I can’t wait to connect with you.
