1-1 Transformation – a 6 months commitment. This is my preferred coaching program for working with a client 1-1. Why? Because in 6 months, we have plenty of time to make many changes and really dig deep into those key aspects of your life. No doubt during this time there will be challenges or triggers that arise during this time, and we will be able to face them together using the various strategies we put in place.
Are you afraid of commitment? No problem – let’s chat and come up with a shorter plan.
Email and phone access with me, as well as access to a private Facebook group. We will work together to create action plans, targets and milestones, either on a 1-1 basis or in a group setting (if group coaching). Handouts specific to your needs and goals. You will be held accountable by me and/or the group if group coaching. Never underestimate the power of having someone genuinely LISTEN to you and work through things with you.
You will learn more about how to experiment with the types of food that suit YOU – because BIO-INDIVIDUALITY (one mans food is another mans poison, and all that) and we will look at cooking at home and meal planning.
We will dive right in into any cravings you have and why you might be having them, with a view to ‘crowding out’ these foods in favor of healthier options. We will look at how food affects your mood and overall well-being, and vice versa. If you are new to exercise -don’t you worry about that. We will ease you into that too. And because it’s not just about food and exercise.
We will be a big emphasis on how challenges in other areas of our life (such as career, relationships and home environment) can have an adverse affect on our food choices and general well-being.
